1112 Christmas Parade Dorians

MBHS Dorians process in the Christmas Parade that runs through Mountain Brook Village each year.

Sean Fredella will serve as Grand Marsall at this year's festivities.

The parade follows a route through Mountain Brook Village on Cahaba Road, Culver Road and Petticoat Lane.  

Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce will provide live entertainment, holiday floats, a marching band, music, elves and photos with Mayor Terry Oden, who will arrive on a fire truck.

There are a lot of surprises planned for this annual event, including a special guest. Pictures with Santa will be taken after the parade in the village.

This year’s new and longer route will travel through  Mountain Brook Village on Cahaba Road, Culver Road and Petticoat Lane. 

A Bunch of Guys (ABOG), a male a cappella group at Mountain Brook High School, will perform as well as Annie and Helen Catherine Reich.

All roads into Mountain Brook Village will be closed at 2:45 p.m. and will not open until the parade is completed about an hour later. While the parade is in progress, no vehicles will be allowed to move through or leave Mountain Brook Village.
